Robert is co-founder and CEO of Glionics Inc., a startup developing a new approach to cell therapy for the brain. He has a long-standing history of participation in the longevity ecosystem spanning over two decades, serving most recently as an instructor for the Longevity Biotech Fellowship program.
Robert is an active angel investor with investments in Gerostate Alpha, and regenerative medicine company Renewal Bio, and successful exits from Companion Medical and Energy Storage Systems. Robert was previously the CEO and co-founder of Pacific Diabetes Technologies, a glucose biosensor company. Prior to his involvement in the biotechnology industry, Robert built a $100M cable modem semiconductor product line at Maxim Integrated Products. He holds Bachelors degrees in biochemistry and electrical engineering from Portland State and the University of Central Florida, and a Ph.D. in neuroscience from Oregon Health & Science University.
